The pool season is in full swing and we hope you are enjoying your start to the summer in Lawson! Below we have highlighted some of the pool rules that everyone should familiarize themselves with. The complete list of rules is at www.lawsonhoa.com/pools
No glass containers area allowed inside the pool gates at any time.
No diving, running, wrestling, dunking, shoulder sitting, underwater breath-holding games, or horseplay allowed.
Swimmers who utilize floatation devices (life jackets, swimmies, water wings, etc.) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED INTO THE POOLS BY A RESPONSIBLE SWIMMER AT ALL TIMES.
There is to be no “playing catch” of any type of balls on the pool deck. Only soft FOAM type balls can be used in the pools for play. No Tennis balls, softballs, footballs, baseballs, etc. WATER BALLOONS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AND AROUND THE POOL DECK.
There will be no use of any profane, abusive or foul language (to be determined at the discretion of the Board and/or its authorized agents, including pool management employees). Anyone engaging in such conduct may be asked to leave the pool immediately and may be subject to additional penalties including fines and the suspension of pool privileges.
Pool Chairs may not be within 3 feet of the pool edge.
All residents 14 and under coming without an adult must have their FOB to enter.
Residents 14 years of age and younger may not sign in guests without on-site parental supervision.
Anyone 11 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a resident that is a competent and strong swimmer 15 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.
Violations will be handled in the following manner:
1st Offense: Verbal warning
2nd Offense: Sit Out
3rd Offense: Kicked out for the day and written up
If a resident is kicked out of the pool three times in a season, their pool privileges will be revoked for the rest of the summer.
