What is the ACC?

The Architectural Control Committee, or ACC, is a group of home owners appointed by the Board of Directors to fulfill their task in overseeing the development of architectural and landscaping control standards and restrictions. The ACC (or Board in the absence of ACC volunteers) reviews all requests for home owner initiated improvements, alterations, and/or modifications to the exterior of houses and lots. The ACC verifies a project complies with the CC&R, policy letters, and the Homeowner's Handbook (below). They can issue conditions or restrictions on applications. The ACC and Board have no wavier authority regarding the CC&R without a formal change approved by the lot owners. Click here for more details.

How do I apply for ACC review of my home improvement project?

All proposed home modifications and property/lot improvements must have prior approval from the Architecture Control Committee (ACC) or Board of Directors before any action can be taken. Click here for more details.
